REMA was founded in 1979 and has been operating as a family-owned business for over 45 years. REMA has been involved at the levels of property manager, general partner, limited partner, and sales broker.
We have faithfully managed client’s needs, prepped properties for sale, kept stable performance through several recessions, worked with banks and pension fund owned properties to support their goals during restructures.
We have also shown comfort and skill supporting large corporate style ownerships as well as a personal touch for smaller more personalized owners with concern for every resident.

All owners receive the same core management services. Larger portfolios receive lower percentage pricing for their scale, not a differentiation of services.
Property Labor & Field Services
Some work is billed directly to the property at cost, including maintenance, cleaning, leasing labor, and related payroll burden when applicable. These are property operating costs, not hidden management fees.
REMA’s goal is to keep costs clear, practical, and aligned with the actual work required to operate the property well.

Reports
Receive monthly and year-to-date financial reports, weekly vacancy availability updates, and continuous real-time updates through the owner portal.

Assistance
Our array of services includes leasing, advertising, 24-hour maintenance, eviction and collection oversight, vendor management, budget preparation, and the flexibility of short-term contracts. We are also pleased to customize additional services to meet your specific requirements.
